I can’t claim credit for finding this next MustHave. I actually received them as a gift from my girlfriend. I don’t know about you, but I have always been jealous of those girls who could work out in these stretchy headbands. Besides the very practical purpose they fill, they also add a little spunk to the normal workout look. I have tried and tried to make them work for me, but inevitably they would always slip back on my head. I spent so much time pulling them back into position that it just got annoying and too much work! Until I tried Sweaty Bands. They are backed with a velvet lining that absolutely holds the band in place no matter what you are doing. I have put mine through the wringer. As you can see from the picture below, I took them on the high trapeze! But they have also passed the test in my normal kickboxing, martial arts, running, and strength training routine. I even wear them out and about. Sweaty Bands sells hundreds of different colors, textures, patterns and widths. I prefer the thin bands, but that is just me. My favorite right now is the Viva Diva Super Skinny Metallics. I am for sure planning on buying at least a couple more metallics and I am also loving Do These Skinny Stripes Make My Butt Look Skinny?, Lean Back Skinny and Tie Me Up With A Skinny Bandana. The names remind me of Essie Nail Polish colors. Sweaty Bands are a little more than I would usually spend on a hair accessory like this, but mine have worn really well and, like I mentioned, they are the only ones that have ever worked for me.

I was not compensated by Sweaty Bands for this review. I was given two Sweaty Bands as a gift. Opinions are always my own.
